Tried deleting files and folders in C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel
When I try to unhide using the keyboard shortcut, the excel would stop working and restart :( I checked the settings in Language > Advanced Settings > Between Input Languages > Change Key Sequence > Switch Keyboard Layout > set to Not Assigned - so this is ok.
